   Rachel was my solicitor for a personal injury claim when I was knocked off my bicycle and I sustained injuries and damage to my bike. Rachel was very helpful and reassuring from the start offering sound advice. Rachel took time to visit the accident location, took photos and other information to understand how and where the incident happened. My case ended up going to court to my surprise, but again Rachel was reassuring and offered lots of support on telling her my apprehension. At court we smashed it and the judge sided with me, deeming I was successful in my claim. With no witnesses or video evidence to go on, only my word, I can’t thank Rachel enough for getting me this result. Very professional, diligent and understanding... 100% recommend
