   Ellie has just returned from her first stay at The Cawthorne Hotel & we both could not be happier with the care she received there. I was very anxious about leaving her but was immediately put at ease when we arrived by Jennifer. She is very friendly & thorough, asking questions about her guests likes & dislikes, gathering any information about how she can help the cats feel comfortable & at home. Every day she sent updates with videos & photos. These were invaluable as I could see how settled and happy Ellie was, she built a wonderful friendship with Jennifer. This meant I could totally relax. The rooms are lovely with plenty of space to take items from home. I am so grateful to have found Jennifer & her wonderful hotel, Ellie is already booked in for her next holiday!

   Superb Cat Hotel with the very best care from Jennifer. Takes away all the stress of leaving your cats as you know they are getting the very best of care. You get daily updates and videos so you can see how they are getting on. Their room has loads of toys to play with and even calming scents on the rug etc. Nothing is forgotten about or too much trouble. Excellent and would highly recommend.

   My cats have had the most amazing 9 night stay at Cawthorne cat hotel! My two cats are both house cats so I was understandably nervous about leaving them for that long when they are used to being with us every night. Jennifer kept in contact with us via whatsapp every single day providing us with regular updates about their stay and progress which really put me at ease. The cat rooms are just adorable, they're immaculate filled with everything a cat dreams of! As soon as we arrived to drop them off I knew I had no concerns about leaving them, Jennifer was so welcoming, friendly and very knowledgable about everything cat related. You can tell Jennifer loves her job and is so passionate to provide the best service and care to her guests like they are all her own cats. An extra special thank you to Christina also for providing the best entertainment and cuddles for Willow & Peaches! We will never take them anywhere else now when we go away. They will certainly be back in the future ❤️

   What a beautiful cat hotel! Lucy was here for a week and I was a bit worried about her at first as she is now 17 and not very people friendly, but she settled in quickly and I got photos/videos of Lucy playing/sleeping/hiding/purring daily. Any type of food is catered for. She loved it, i'm not even sure she wanted to come home! She will be going again as soon as my next holiday is booked. I highly recommend Jennifer and Cawthorne Cat Hotel.

   Cannot recommend highly enough. Jennifer offers a fantastic service and it is honestly like your cat is getting their own holiday whilst you are away. She sends us a daily update of our cat whilst he is in there and he settles in so well with all the love and attention he is given. The rooms are amazing, so much better than most catteries and Jennifer pampers our cat, so much so he didn't want to leave when we went to pick him up last time! We would never use anywhere else.

   My three cats have recently returned from an 11 day stay at Cawthorne and we are absolutely blown away by the service that Jennifer provides. It was the cats first time away from home and we were so nervous about leaving them but Jennifer was amazing and reassured us right away. She asked us so many in depth questions about the cats and their routines and temperaments so she knew the best way to care for them. The room was incredibly spacious and there were so many comfy places for the cats to sit and even places to hide away if they felt nervous. They all had their own comfy bed, a cat tree and lots of toys to keep them occupied. They had a large window in their room with a sill and multiple shelves that they could sit on. The grounds are abundant with wildlife and flowers so there's so much for them to look at. There's even an enclosed balcony in which the cats can go out and get some sun and listen to the wildlife. Jennifer updated us every single day on WhatsApp. She would let us know how the cats were getting on and we would receive multiple pictures and videos which was just incredibly reassuring. One of our cats is very shy and easily scared so we were expecting her to hide away for most of her stay but within a few days she was completely comfortable with Jennifer and her surroundings. All three cats seem more confident with other family members since leaving Cawthorne which is just incredible and a true testament to Jennifers character. We cannot recommend Cawthorne enough and are so grateful that we have found such an incredible place where we know our cats are comfortable and happy. 100% this is where we will be taking our cats if we need to go away in the future. Jennifer, thank you so so much! You truly are one of a kind!
