All the staff are very friendly and informative. We didn't even know this place existed 10 mins from our door. Watch and learn how they used to mill flour. Nice to see how easy life is now. Note: They are all volunteers.
A lovely little hidden gem. The volunteers are so knowledgable and were fantastic with our children. We’ll definitely be visiting again.
Been coming to New Hall Mill for a couple of years on the open days, I took the plunge in August this year, 2024, to become a volunteer, what a good decision that was!!

Wonderful working Mill. Open days are great, lots of volunteers on hand to talk you through what's going on. Homemade lemonade/cakes etc.
I never get fed up of visiting this Mill. I go twice a year for a relaxing few hours. Great for kids to see how the flour was milled years ago. Friendly helpful staff and free to visit. Good little tea room with great cakes.
What a fabulous, interesting place to visit. So much to see and do. Will come earlier next time it's open. Recommend for the whole family.

A fantastic place to visit. Free of charge too. The people that look after the mill are all very friendly and have a great knowledge of its workings. Well worth popping in.
