My son and his partner brought me here for my birthday, what a lovely peaceful and well thought out place to stay. Everything was clean, tidy and comfortable. Lovely starter pack on arrival, warm and cosy, hot tub was spotless to. Dogs were welcome and even they had a packet of goodies will definitely come back here.

Absolutely love the place, been coming here for camping for the past 5 years and have always had a good time. The facilities provided for camping are great, obviously nothing luxurious, but the water in the showers is warm, toilets always have paper etc. Only thing to be aware of is that they're quite strict when it comes to noise levels/ music after 10/11pm, sometimes a bit of an overkill when you see the other campers around you still awake but it's understandable. Also worth noting that the ground is very hard- mallet to get the pegs in is absolutely necessary and I'd also suggest to swap all the skinny cheap pegs that usually come with tents to the heavy duty thicker ones as the skinny ones just bend in the hard ground. The updated reception / check in area with the little shop is also a good addition, bought some more ice there to keep our coolers topped up. The watersports rentals are also good, anything from flamingo pedalos to paddle boards, pricing is very reasonable. Haven't rented any of the lodges nor glamping pods so can't comment on them.

We camped in the meadow which was a lovely almost empty field. The lake is absolutely gorgeous. Facilities are great and cafe is perfect. All staff members that we met were really friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back!

I learnt to Windsurf here 32 years ago, and all these years on I'm still returning, nowadays with my family, it's got busier, but is still well run and maintained. I understand they've purchased the neighbouring lake, will be interesting to see how that develops.

Stayed here a few years in a row now. The pods are great, always clean and relatively comfortable for a single bed. The water lake is lush, so clean and well kept. Made a few good family memories on that lake. Some of us POD, camp in tents and other have camper vans, something for us all. The club house and restaurant make it easy for when you can’t be bothered to cook. All staff encountered have been lovely. Only thing I think can be improved is the toilet facilities by the pods. The floor looks like it needs a scrub. The cleaner said to many day guests use it which is why it’s always filth, maybe a code or a fob? Also love the gated paddock so dogs like my naughty 4 paws can run safely off lead. Can’t wait till next year. ☺️

What an amazing place. Full of nature and fun. Water sports centre. All types of crafts for hire and have instruction if required. Croft is in the centre of a great area lots to see and do. If you no camping equipment you can rent lodges cabins. Something for everyone

Lodge was beautiful, just a couple of tiny niggles but nothing that wasn't put right. As we were there in December none of the facilities were open apart from the coffee shop which we tried and it was lovely. Would like to see it in the summer

Stayed via Hoseasons, in Maple Lodge for a long weekend to visit Worcester Christmas Market. Super clean and tidy Lodge with nice welcome pack. Even a lit tree and some other decorations for Christmas. Only negative was the recycling seemed pretty much non existent except for glass which was sad. Could see everyone had bagged it up only to dump it in the bin.

I am absolutely appalled with the business acumen of this place. Before a bank holiday was even talked about for next may I had booked to stay here for 3 nights and paid a deposit in July. This week I received an email saying that because it is now an extra Β£10 per night, a 33% per night increase. I had already booked at the agreed rate and the price should have been honoured! What next? A forecast of a heatwave so another increase of 50%. This greedy company is beyond belief. Relieved to have cancelled and suggest you think twice about booking. Gary
