   My 75 gallon water heater started leaking. I called the company and set up an appointment for later that day. They came out and replaced it in about 2 hours. They only have one brand so i just went with it. 1 year warranty with the company, 8 year warranty with manufacturer. Price seemed a little high but wasn't going to shop around when i'm without hot water.

   The faucet in our office sink was leaking, which was a little distressing as it is located right by one of our entrances and there is a lot of foot traffic in that vicinity. Water was accumulating by the floor and safety became a concern.
