   I had a broken shower cartridge which meant I had to turn the water off at the mains to prevent the shower from constantly running. Dave provided some initial advice over the phone, which allowed me to order a spare part, and came over the next day and fitted the new cartridge with no fuss. Dave’s calm and professional approach focuses on being cost efficient for the customer! Would thoroughly recommend.

   Really quick response for an emergency call out. Asked questions over the phone to assess the problem and whether it was something that could be managed that night or whether we would need to book in for a drainage clear out which would need a machine hired which I really appreciated as it wasn’t wasting our time or money if he couldn’t do anything. He was really affordable and helpful compared to other companies that we called as well as being really friendly.

   A very honest man. He could have easily ripped me off and charged extra for sourcing and replacing a new macerator. However, he quickly found the issue with my current one and repaired it. Which is funny as the orevuous plumber I had in didn't have a clue. He saved me well over 350 on replacing it with a new one. I would highly recommend.

   I don’t leave many reviews - just the really terrible and really awesome. In this case, really awesome! Dave installed a new stop tap for me in an incredibly awkward tight space behind/underneath a toilet, where 4 other plumbers had refused, saying the job was either impossible or too awkward. Now I can easily switch the mains on and off in the house! Makes life so much simpler! He also fixed a leaking shower diverter valve, another awkward repair which was causing me loads of stress. And he also came out for another call-out as I had a leak by the washing machine and didn’t know where it was coming from. He identified it as a faulty machine inlet hose, and advised me to ring the manufacturer and request them to cover his call-out charge. He waited patiently while I spoke to the manufacturer (H**ver) who were incredibly unhelpful at first and denied all responsibility for any 3rd party engineer call-outs. They said I should have called them to begin with. I pointed out that there was no way of knowing that it was their faulty machine causing the leak, until a plumber had been. So how could I psychically have the foreknowledge to ring them to begin with? No matter. Anyway, I have been beyond impressed by Dave’s genuine desire to make everything good, the impeccable quality of his work, and his exceedingly fair prices. If you are able to book him, count yourself lucky! I usually call the landline and leave a message, then send a text message, then ring back periodically until i get ahold of him, as I have such peace of mind when Dave is on the job. Many thanks Dave!!

   Dave came out really quickly after we lost water supply on Sunday night. He identified a leak under our floorboards and did a brilliant job of fixing it whilst ensuring there was no damage to our flooring. A friendly disposition means you can really get along with Dave and he works methodically.    I found a leaking under toilet pipe and called David in the afternoon. He came same day to solve the problem. But the leakage issue was bigger than what we expected it so he had to come next day to fix it. On second day, because I was at work until late so he had to come after office hours , even my case wasn't emergency. The price was fair for 2days attending to my house out of office hours. David is very polite, kind and professional. He did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend Dave to everyone.
