   I was window shopping with my girlfriend and a very friendly women named Zelda stepped out to greet us. She put us both at ease and before we knew it we were looking at engagement rings. She picked out a really lovely ring that we both loved and then we went on our way. I rang her up the next day to get the details and purchased it. Zelda and the staff were lovely always making you feel welcome the whole experience has been positive and my girlfriend is now my fiancé! Would fully recommend to anyone else!

   Had such a wonderful experience with the girls at Bradley’s. We had a day trip down from Newcastle in the hope of finding our wedding rings and we came across Bradley’s which initially caught our attention just from the outside (stunning!!!) and we were immediately warmly greeted when we went in and even offered a glass of prosecco each. Everyone was so exceptionally helpful, offering suggestions but listening to what we knew we wanted - we were even more thrilled when we found out we could have our wedding bands engraved as a complimentary extra which is something we were really wanting but just couldn’t find in our area. The whole experience was so special for us, couldn’t be happier with the service and the quality of our rings which we’ve just picked up today. Thank you all so much xxx

   I loved the whole experience when I went in to Bradley’s in Helmsley and spoke to a lady called Clare. I was looking for a wedding gift for our daughter and son-in-law. Clare was exceptional as she was so friendly and helpful and I ended up buying a set of Cobra candlesticks which are absolutely beautiful quality and I know they will be treasured.

   A return visit to Bradley's when we were recently in York for a few days. We were remembered by Shona and other colleagues who work in the jewellers! Nothing is too much trouble, everyone is really friendly and helpful. It is a 5-star experience from start to finish with very high quality jewellery that I suspect may be difficult to find elsewhere - this just adds to the charm of the visit. Myself and my fiancee highly recommend a visit - you won't be disappointed!

   Recently bought an engagement ring at Bradley’s and had an excellent experience. Mike learned about my fiancées preferences for a ring and how we were struggling to find the right one. He took this information, worked on a few templates which he later showed me, and let me choose one allowing for customisation. All of this for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend, thanks to Mike and the Bradley’s team for all their help – she loves the ring!

   Such friendly staff! I visited here a year ago to purchase an engagement ring and was so happy with the service that me and my Fiancée went back and bought our wedding rings from here. Once again, the service we received was second to none. I'm not sure just how many items of Jewellery I will purchase in my lifetime, but I'll be making sure that Bradleys of York will be my first stop each and every time!
