   Last year in the summer, we went to York to buy an engagement ring for me, we visited a lot of jewelry stores, but the small store on display, our attention was caught by charming rings with large stones at affordable prices. We went inside and met with very nice staff, the salesman. they were polite but not intrusive. We decided on one of the rings with emeralds, because we were both charmed by it, and during the conversation we learned a lot of interesting facts about precious stones. We are grateful to you that we could buy a beautiful ring at an affordable price in a pleasant atmosphere.

   In August I bought a ring that needed resizing. I have never received any communication to say it was ready and could never get an answer via phone. 4 weeks later, I went back to York (I live 2hrs away) and the shop was shut. No sign saying otherwise. I even went as far as ringing a nearby shop to see if they knew anything. They told me they’d been to look and it was fully shut. Cannot get in touch via phone and no other means of communication given (I.e. email, social media etc). I am not only very annoyed, but also extremely disappointed as they knew how much this ring would mean to me, not to mention the cost. Maybe this review will encourage them to contact me but I will be notifying my credit card company that I have not received the goods I I’ve paid for.
