Saw a Baume and Mercier diamond Hampton on the website and tried to purchase online. Amber emailed to advise me it hadn't gone through and suggested a transfer to secure the watch . By time I had sorted the transfer it was gone one, the watch was still despatched and I received it by 11.30 the next day. Excellent customer service and a real pleasure to deal with. The watch was also at a great price compared to the high street chains.
Caroline helped me tremendously when buying an engagement ring. Very patient, very helpful and just lovely. My partner loves the ring and said yes haha. Fosters then resized the ring for my fiancée no problem. We have since been back to purchase our wedding bands which again was a lovely experience. Caroline was really helpful and patient with us. Just made the whole experience really special! I'm so pleased I chose to use such a lovely, local, family run, business. Can't recommend enough.
From my partners perspective Foster's were very kind and respectable, they helped him pick out a ring after discussing his style and price range, and reliably let him know when everything would be ready. From my perspective (fiancee) this was a gorgeous ring and was beautifully resized to a smaller size to fit my finger! I am very grateful they helped my partner pick this ring! and will be returning for wedding bands!
Went in recently looking for a replacement to my broken 19th century pocket watch. I had learnt in the shop that they do pocket watch repairs and decided to get it repaired. The watch came back in perfect running order and only cost £120 which very much surprised me as many repairmen rip of their clients with prices over £300 plus for a bad job. Service was 1st class and I would highly recommend to anyone. One of the best.
I have received wonderful service from Caroline and her amazing team . From having my wife’s Victorian grieving necklace restrung . To guiding and dare I say supporting me with the beautiful earrings again for my wife . Will go back again and I highly recommend Fosters for a true personal service !
