   This was my first time purchasing something from Diamonds Factory and Kathleen was amazing! I came to buy a gift for my friend and I was unsure on what to buy, Kathleen spent lots of time discussing options with me that were in my budget. She was brilliant and made me feel extremely comfortable. We sat for a while and not once did I feel rushed. My friend loved her gift thanks to Kathleen!

   I visited multiple jewellery stores in Leeds while searching for the perfect diamond earrings and Diamond Factory was by far the best experience! Kathleen was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout the whole experience. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and guided me through the options without any pressure. Her kindness and expertise made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Kathleen spent time with me as I wanted to go through different carat options, being particularly fussy myself she took her time to go through the different options and guided me what was the best option for me! Her knowledges on the diamonds was amazing and myself and my mum was really impressed on all the information she gave us. Kathleen is an amazing person and I’d highly recommend anyone to visit Diamond Factory, will definitely be back!

   The Diamonds Factory is a great place to purchase your wedding/engagement ring. I purchased my wedding ring from Kathleen and it was a very easy experience! I provided some examples of rings that I liked and she made every effort to have those available. I tried on quite a few styles to try to understand what one I like best that fit with my engagement ring. I did end up picking a ring that I did not try on initially but Kathleen put me at ease that it would be a great fit based on the types of things that meant a lot to me. Overall, really impressed with the service and I can’t wait to try it on!
