   Ordered earrings on the 3rd of May for my daughter’s First Holy Communion on the 17th of May & they never arrived. I emailed on the 12th May & was assured they were on their way, it is now the 20th May & still no earrings. Very disappointed & would definitely not recommend.

   Ordered bracelet 8 days before I needed it for a birthday - never arrived . Updates kept saying it was on its way . Now being re-sent but won’t be here in time . Definitely wouldn’t recommend

   We bought charms again for our grandaughters aged 10 and 11.Sisters who share the same birthday. LlThey were both the same but came in individually packed parcels which was nice .their bracelets are almost full having always bought them every year.lovely charms. Thankyou

   Absolutely delighted with the bracelet that I ordered. My Granddaughter will love it for her birthday. I have been asking her for weeks what she wanted with no response & then 2 days before her birthday she wanted one of these. I ordered next day delivery & had the bracelet by 9.40am next day. I also added some extra charms to my order on the day of despatch & spoke on the phone (yes phone!!) to Susan who was extremely helpful & added them to the bracelet for me. Can't praise enough, top dollar customer service which is rare these days, thank you!

   I purchased a Beautiful name charm bracelet for my 5 year daughter which she chose herself. Arrived in good time and was beautifully presented wrapped with tissue in a pouch. The bracelet itself is so pretty and both myself and my daughter absolutely loved it. I ordered another one for her friends birthday.
