I recently bought a piece of jewellery from Goldsmiths in the White Rose centre in Leeds. Great experience from start to finish. I was greeted and offered a choice of drinks and made to feel welcomed. Lyla was knowledgeable and genuinely interested in helping me choose the right pendant. She ordered chains/pendants in from other stores to offer me more choice. Nothing was too much trouble for Lyla. Plus the the selection of jewellery is beautiful.
Outstanding customer service by Jessica Kendall. Beautiful jewellery. Jessica was knowledgeable, friendly and professional, an outright really nice person. She made us feel very welcome & the overall experience was just lovely. We shopped around before deciding, her customer service was outstanding compared to all other experiences that we had with other sales consultants at all the other jewellery shops in the White Rose. We won’t hesitate to go back when we next look to purchase.
We returned our engagement ring that had split after being down sized by them about 5 weeks ago. The lady that served us was brilliant and apologetic for the ring splitting

Great selection of good quality watches. I've never been in Goldsmiths before, so was a little unsure of what to expect. The staff were exceptionally helpful and paid great attention to what I was looking for and couldn't have been any more helpful. The young man who served me couldn't have done anything more for me. Certainly my new go to place for any jewellery or watch that I'll need in future. I was made to feel like a very special customer, despite never being here before. A+++++
