   ⭐️AISHA⭐️ was absolutely phenomenal! I’ll definitely be coming back for her outstanding service. She was the best, I left the store heart touched and so happy! She handled a busy queue so efficiently early on the day and was incredibly knowledgeable. She went out of her way to find the most thoughtful selections for my surprise gift for a dear colleague. I was looking for a gift that showed as out of stock, but she was so committed to helping that she managed to find one. Not only she was so caring and sweet, but she also did the most beautiful calligraphy writing and hand drawn engraving designs I’ve ever seen in my life!! Truly a rare talent and such a valuable asset to Pandora. This young lady deserves a bonus and a pay rise!

   The young lady who helped us today, Gracie, is a real asset to Pandora. Knows everything about the product, and was very helpful without being pushy. A great experience for us, got exactly what we wanted and got some discount too. We will be back (probably for Christmas presents) and I sincerely hope Gracie is there as she will be our go to salesperson

   Went in to get some charms and a security chain for the Mrs. Christmas present. Bit of a wait to get in, but expected with the time of year. When we were called in, the member of staff was very friendly and helpful, explaining how the bits are attached, etc. She was also nice and patient while my Mrs asked to look at different charms. Will definitely be back, especially as the Mrs has already seen other charms she would like. The charms, etc, can be expensive, but after looking at some close up, they do seem to have some nice detailing, and from what friends have said, they should last if looked after.

   Stood in a queue for 1 hour, 15 minutes. When I finally got served I asked for a gift voucher only to be told they didn’t have any left. I said did you not think to put up a sign or something to that effect. They get their money far too easy and looked disorganised. I will never ever return.
