   Visited today for my daughter to buy some earings in thr space of 5 minutes we had been approached as many times and asked if we needed any help, each time we politely declined. After deciding on the earings she wanted we looked for an assistant and were served, when at the till we were asked how we were paying which we advised cash and were told we were at the wrong till. Then when we were paying and the money had been passed over we were casually advised they have no change! At this point nothing could be done, the bag was handed over without a word, and i asked where the receipt was and then told "in the bag" .... nothing more than that ... no thankyou, no have a lovely rest of the day ... nothing .. so to say your service is Underwhelming is a total understatement!!!!!!!!

   Outstanding experience. All the help and customer service we needed to view a selection of Watch options we were both interested in. Patient and very relaxed environment, no sales pressure, just freedom to look, try on and discuss which watches we wanted to purchase and then customer service again for fitting and making sure we were very happy with our choices. Great team, some new, some well established staff, good balance, new staff had mentors and support. One of the managers was on hand to assist throughout and we were both delighted with everything, especially our new purchases.... Thank you to all.
