It’s a sad state of affairs when the person answering the telephone is so inarticulate that I seriously struggled to understand them. I will not be purchasing from your store for this reason. Special needs staff or staff with learning difficulties should not be liaising directly with potential customers and most certainly should not be expected to answer the phone.
