Brilliant service today from Gavin buying a Seiko night diver. I am a watch enthusiast and he showed me the fantastic range of watches of the lesser known brands which offer fantastic quality and value for money compared to the commercial watches,me being a watch addict ,I will be back. I took a couple of watches in to get the batteries replaced. The first was replaced straight away. The other watch is so old that a specialist battery is required. However the team were extremely helpful in tracking one down. Many thanks to Dan who went out of his way to contact Seiko on my behalf.

I have used this shop many times and the service has always been fabulous. Having bought many watches for myself and jewellery for my wife, I have never been disappointed by the service from the fabulous store assistants or quality of the goods. Last Thursday I bought a rose gold ring for my wife and was served by Ella who had sourced, ordered and fitted the ring. We left confident with the product and the atfersale service if required, this was confirmed when I received an e mail from her just to check that everything was good. Thank you very much.
Excellent service and truly knowledgeable staff, great expreience when buying my timepiece. Ella and the team were more than helpful when giving advice on buying a new timepiece, they gave me the tailored exprience I was looking for and did not use any pressure tactics in the sale, the sign of a well run company with enthusiasm for the products they are offering. I went in today looking for a wedding gift from my partner and was served by the lovely Ella and Ellie. Both of them couldn't help me enough buying my first luxury watch and made me feel comfortable in the store within minutes whilst also talking me through the brand's available, they were also incredible with my soon to be 1 year old daughter who quickly became friends with both of them. I cannot recommend this store highly enough and when I'm next in the position to buy a nice watch I will 100% be coming back! ❤️
Travelled through very busy traffic from Staffordshire, to change my battery for my special Maurice Lacroix watch that I purchased in this store several years ago. Arriving at 5.30 pm the staff were as kind, understanding and helpful to find me a battery, as they were all those years ago in helping me choose my fantastic watch.
