Went here yesterday and the store absolutely stank of body odour. Not 'it was a hot day and people were sweaty' body odour - someone working there had clearly not washed for several weeks. I only spent a few seconds in there before feeling like I was going to throw up

What is this cold English behaviour from staff??? You should make the donators to come back and donate more, not make them run a way and donate somewhere else. Everytime I come to donate, I face strange behaviour of staffs. Please TRAIN the staff how to behave customers nicely. Again today I faced a rough behaviour from an English middle age guy. I will not come back to your charity to donate anymore. Even if staffs are working voluntary, you should train them how to do customer service professionally.

Glad to see they still have reasonable prices for a charity shop! I bought a lovely chest of drawers and two of the workers there were kind enough to help me get it inside my car. I'll definitely be going back

There is a man there just over 5 foot tall in his 50-60s, has tattoos on one arm (he is possibly the manager) with such a disgusting and rude attitude it puts you off from buying anything. He’s so rude that I will follow through with an official complaint. How is he allowed to be in a public facing role it boggles the mind. I visited the shop today and queried about a glass lemon squeezer which had no price label on. I asked this man how much it was and he raised his voice at me saying it was part of a set (mind you the place is a mess so it was possible that it came apart from the β€˜set’) he then proceeded to show me a plastic nutribullet jug and insisted this forms the set. The jar was plastic and the lemon squeezer was glass. There was absolutely no logic to sell them together claiming it was a set. They didn’t fit together in any way. I dared to challenge him and ask how can he claim it is a set when it is clear they do not belong together? He yanked the lemon squeezer out of my hands and put it back on the shelf. What an utter disgrace. I left so disappointed. The place is a mess and smells horrendous inside. Head office should really look around at other charities on this high street and copy their example.

2 lovely gentleman called Joe & Mark collected some furniture items, I found them very pleasant and professional. They are a credit to you. In fact I have some more items and they would gladly come to collect them.
