   Only had these done yesterday and where not cured correctly and already coming off. Staff where rude about another customer coming in too whilst i was getting my nails done. absolutely vile will not come again. Cant believe i paid for this. AVOID

   Would not recommend. Got my daughters nails done for Xmas, they lasted 3 days so didn't even make it to Christmas. Got in touch and the customer service was very poor. Called in to the shop to ask for nails to be put back on that had fell off, they refused, I asked for a refund instead and they gave me £20 and said that was all I had paid.. I had in fact paid £35. Would never use these again

   1st and 2nd visit here and the second time getting my nails professionally done and I can say they couldn't have done a more fantastic job. Got seated instantly, the staff were so kind and welcoming towards myself and my mother, she always made sure she was doing what I wanted on my nails even though I had a reference. They're perfect! I got a set of acrylic nails for only £35! I'm in love with them, I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a set of acrylic nails! Will be going back :)

They are so convenient you can just walk in without an appointment, they get your nails done quickly without rushing, and exactly how you like them. They are great at nails. I don’t understand the bad reviews from people for having different people swapping over that does their nails… this is really common in nail salons, as sometimes they have a quicker system where they have somebody to prep the nails while you wait until the main person is available. it saves time and means they can fit people in without appointments by doing this. if they sat there chit chatting for hours they wouldn’t be able to do walk ins and be so convenient. If you want a chit chat and want your appointment to be twice as long then book an appointment in a normal salon it’s your own choice! highly reccomend can’t wait to go back Xx

   I have been to happy nails twice for a full set of acrylics and I have absolutely loved my nails both times. They are so convenient you can just walk in without an appointment, they get your nails done quickly without rushing, and exactly how you like them. They are great at nails. I don’t understand the bad reviews from people for having different people swapping over that does their nails… this is really common in nail salons, as sometimes they have a quicker system where they have somebody to prep the nails while you wait until the main person is available. it saves time and means they can fit people in without appointments by doing this. if they sat there chit chatting for hours they wouldn’t be able to do walk ins and be so convenient. If you want a chit chat and want your appointment to be twice as long then book an appointment in a normal salon it’s your own choice! highly reccomend can’t wait to go back Xx

   I’m posting this review on behalf of my friend. So my friend is a loyal customer here, she usually comes every two weeks for a manicure. During lockdown, her roommate did her acrylic nails for her since all the nail salons were shut. So when they opened, my friend visited the nail salon for her fortnightly manicure. Please keep in mind that she was a very loyal customer here she’d never had any problems, the staff would describe her as their “best customer.” So my friend sat down and told the lady that she needed a soak off. The ladies body mannerisms turned miserable, she put my friends nails in acetone, walked off and did 2 other customers nails while she just left my friend sitting there for 40 minutes. After that, a man did half of her nails and then another man came. She asked him for nail varnish over her nails instead of an acrylic colour but he still gave her an acrylic colour. It is now Saturday, she has had these nails since Monday and two nails have snapped in the space of 3 hours. She messaged them asking if she could get her nails fixed at six and they said yes. She went over there and they were shut! I think it’s very childish that they gave her poor service and a delicate manicure just because someone else did her nails. Don’t recommend this place if you go from salon to salon.

   Worst nail salon I've been too. Can't speak English, they had to swap staff half way into doing my nails because the man didn't know what the hell he was doing, they had to get their phone out in order to translate what they were trying to say to me.. then when I told them they were still clueless. My nails are chipped already and it's only been a day, i paid for gel polish but it looks more like normal polish considering how quick its chipped. I'm always careful with my nails so I'm not impressed at all. They also got nail varnish on my fingers and didn't wipe it off. Won't go here again
