Had some trouble with my babies car seat, I brought it to store and it was looked at immediately. The issue unfortunately couldn’t be fixed but aftabs replaced the car seat, and also gave me some help to ensure I achieved the best fit for my baby. Exeptional! Just wow! Open and honest advice, with the greatest customer service. By leaps and bounds, above and beyond better than any other larger retail stores and cannot be beaten on price! Got an Oyster bundle for the best price. Travelled to Aftabs 20 miles, and they did not dissapoint.
Great customer service/knowledge from staff regarding baby products they spend the time explaining to you the features and benefits of each product. Brought a puschair previously and returned recently to buy a jole car seat with full confidence in the assistant adeel who is highly skilled with great knowledge on baby products. Don't be put off buy the shop appearance compared to high street retailers such as halfords, John Lewis etc.The products come fully packaged with warranty and fantastic after care service. Aftabs is much cheaper compared to many major retailers as I double checked before buying and they were around 20% cheaper and they also offer free fitting of the car seats.
Such friendly and knowledgeable staff. As first time parents to be, you can imagine the amount of questions we would have. Having them answered instantly made the whole experience as stress free as possible. Especially with having to abide by new rules because of Covid-19, you can tell they took this very serious and we're constantly cleaning after ourselves/themselves when handling products. This made it even more safe and comfortable to enjoy trying out all the new products. Would highly recommend this place for baby products and will certainly be coming back for more. Recently purchased a baby package from Aftab’s (Pram / car seat etc). I have got to say probably one of the best after sales service I have experienced from a Retailer. Even though I had already purchased the package, I later realised there was compatibility issues with the car seat and my car. Adeel (one of the sales representatives) went above a beyond my expectation, contacted several retailer and helped me to find an alternative. Absolutely brilliant customer service but in addition they are also extremely competitive on price. Would highly recommend!
Great service and great advice. After having been to a larger popular store and a local specialist I can confidently say we received the best service at Aftabs. We actually live about 15 miles away, but worth the drive. If only all retailers were as informative and patient, but perhaps most importantly honest. They really listened to what was important to us personally and gave great advice. Even advised us not to buy certain items as it would be unnessecary. I can see why they're an iCandy premium seller. Recommend to anyone looking at baby stuff.
