   As far as the product and its quality is concerned, nothing negative really but the packaging is done in such a way that at least 20% of the product is wasted due the pipe does not reach the bottom of the bottles to get all lotion out plus the bottle design is such that you cannot squeeze it out easily and hence 3 ⭐ just for the quality being cheeky about the bottle design so customer should put through the repeat order ASAP.

   I've been using Kokoso Baby as a moisturiser as well as for occasional eczema and chapped skin for several years and it is great stuff, I thoroughly recommend! Unlike other moisturisers and eczema creams & oils, it is natural, smells lovely (and not overpowering), doesn't leave skin feeling greasy, and doesn't need loads and loads to be effective so is long lasting. Having also read the stories and seen the photos showing the results of Kokoso on babies' skin, I think it's miraculous stuff and would definitely recommend to anyone with youngsters too :)
