   Situated westcliffe Whitby near the crescent and where Bram Stoker stayed. The open air paddling pool overlooks the North sea. The pool reminds me of Art deco with toilets that cost 40p. The pool though is free. There is a Crazy Golf nearby also cafes, and Pisa restaurant.

   In the sunshine it is perfect. Only up to their knees but deep enough to splash about and play with friends. Little shop selling floats, balls, water guns etc. Not too expensive and they blow the items up for you. Considering the pool is free it's brilliant. My 2 and their friends had a great hour and would have stayed loads longer but we had plans.

   Extremely young kids are likely to enjoy this pool. I have seen deeper puddles however and normally the water is filthy and packed with random debris from anything you can think of. Make sure to check out the water before sending your children to potential harm.
