A young man called Mitch served me when I needed a console for my nephew. He was very approachable and knew what he was talking about. Very good service, lovely staff, clean and well arranged store.
Friendly, helpful & knowledgeable staff. Helped load into the car an Ebike I bought from them. The measure of a good company is how they react when things go wrong. The battery charger they supplied did not work, so because I live 100 miles away from Redditch store, they posted a replacement out to me which arrived next working day. Marks out of 10........Eleven !!
This shop is ridiculous, they should not be allowed to sell any products, they clearly do not test any products before putting them on the shelf, i understand that the items in the shop are second hand but surely they should still work right? 3 times i have brought a console from them and both times i have had to return them due to them getting ridiculously hot due to overheating, the one sounded like it was about to explode, and ive had 3 different controller's from them and none of them worked , clearly the products they buy they do not test them at all and just get put straight out for someone else to buy, ive had 3 bad experiences within the same year from this shop and i am very disappointed, i would definitely not recommend, please buy from somewhere else. The only good thing about the shop is the staff are very kind and helpful, its just a shame the lack of testing lets it down.

Extremely rude behaviour of the store manager . Bought a phone from this store online was described fully working but the phone is damaged from the screen. Store manager hanged up the phone while I am taking . No recommended
Should maybe get some training on guitars if your prepared to buy and sell them. Went in with a USA Fender Jazz bass guitar from the 70’s and the kid had a quick browse on eBay and offered me £200! Firstly showing me guitars of the same colour, then Squiers (Made by Fender but of lesser quality), then Fender reissues. Got quite argumentative when he typed the serial number of my guitar in to EBay (why?) and came back with no results, probably because I was standing in front of him with the guitar. Different serial number for all guitars mate! Clearly hadn’t a clue as they are worth A LOT more than £200. It just so happened that a customer heard the offer and said ‘I’ll give you double that..’ and the kid then said we had to leave the shop to do any deals! Took it to another shop in Birmingham who knew what they were talking about and I got what I wanted for it. Always love a pawn shop bargain but will not use this shop again
I'd been to this shop a couple of years back and remembered it being a positive experience and after having a nightmare at various recycle centres, decided to come here to trade in my phone and laptop since I upgraded. Service was fast and staff were polite. They checked both my items out and gave me a very respectable price for both. Was in and out in about 10 mins. I will be visiting again as they have some great items in stock. Will definitely be my first port of call next time I have any spare items.
