    I wanted to purchase a meal deal for a coach journey. My friend was able to get the meal deal for £4.99. All sandwiches were showing as in the meal deal except the one vegan option. My sandwich crisps and water came to £8.77. The staff were understanding and polite but had no option to help. This is direct discrimination. I have been treated unfairly, at cost, for an ethical belief protected under the Equalities Act 2010. I was able to afford this additional cost, but not everyone would. I request that this is responded to formally by Whistle-stop.
