   Absolutely appalled by my engagement experience with them, would not recommend at all. Been through three rings with them, lied to my face each time and made me feel unimportant, especially by a certain member of staff. They won't even refund us, knowing that £500 has gone down the drain. Even gave me a faulty ring box for my wedding day!

   Ordered a wedding ring. Told it would be ready the next day and I would receive a telephone call to let me know that it was ready for collection. Two days later, no telephone call. 10 attempts by me to call them and no one picking up the phone. Eventually received a text message 6 days later to inform me that the ring was ready for collection. I have increased my original star rating from three to four as I appreciate that it was the Christmas holiday period but I do feel that I was misled on delivery time purely to get my custom.

   Customer service by a supervisor was very very poor. She accused me of being rude for waiting to be served for a watch servicing. I never said a word (gobsmacked at her) When I defended myself, she did not apologise so took the watch to another store. Cannot believe this happened to me today.

   Very disappointed. I've ordered engagement ring size j pick it up today. Important day for me. Dinner with parents etc. I put ring on a finger and it was 2 big. Went to Argos they measure it and suprise suprise size k . I should be amazing day spoil because incompetence of staff.Going there tomorrow morning 4some explanation.
