   My husband contacted Debbie in January to arrange a swim assessment urgently. He needed a certified swim instructor to sign a document and provide their certificate. Debbie confirmed that they could "certainly do this". She arranged this by email confirming the time, date and cost. She also confirmed that Tim the swimming instructor would bring his certificate for my husband to take a copy of on the night. My husband arrived on the time and date arranged by Debbie to find that Tim had no idea that he was booked in at all and he did not have his certificate with him on the night. We emailed Debbie on the 3rd of February to say that Tim had said he would get in touch with her about his certificate so she could email it over. Debbie provided her phone number in the first email and had been communicating with husband by both emails and text. On the 4th of February she provided the bank details for payment and confirmed the amount. She then stopped replying to all forms of communication. She was sent another two messages asking for an update. She has only just decided to reply to these messages a month later asking "has Tim sent you this". She never provided us any details to contact Tim directly, we have only dealt with Debbie. She has taken money and not provided what she initially stated she would certainly be able to do. Be very careful dealing with this company.

   I took one to one classes as an adult to develop my skills and confidence as I hadn't swam since childhood. The teachers are friendly, patient and flexible in adapting the lessons to suit your aims so I am looking forward to venturing to a public pool soon!

   Both of our children have been attending the swim school for some time now and it’s been great to see their confidence and skills come on. Our daughter had a long gap between baby classes and joining Adam’s, but she’s taken to her lessons again like a duck to water (!). The facilities at this site are first class and the teachers have been brilliant.

   We have been with Adams Aquatics for over four years. We have moved to different pools with them as my daughter developed. We too had to change pools last year as some of the other parents mentioned. We were in contact with Debbie and were able to change pools so we kept continuity in my daughters swimming. We didn’t really experience what the other parents have mentioned. Our daughter has grown and developed a lot in her confidence and has had different swim teachers, which she has always got on well with.

   Debbie is amazing with my son who has additional learning needs, his confidence is growing and he's becoming safer around water. I'm really pleased that I choose Adams Aquatics Swim School - he loves going each week :)
