    The pool is lovely and clean. However the lack of privacy is not good. We couldn’t get dried and dressed properly due to the owners constantly hanging around and mopping around us and then rushing us out. Maybe greeting the people who rent the pool would be fine but leave them to use the facilities in peace would be a good idea. It was very uncomfortable and made us feel quite anxious.. we got in the car still absolutely soaking.

    Had a wonderful experience today for my first time at Unique Leisure, I'm absolutely gutted I have only just found out about this hidden gem! I was made to feel really welcomed by the lovely lady on the reception, she was honestly so lovely and with me being new, she took the time to explain everything and was very wonderful. Even had a little conversation at the end about her grandkids as I am currently 19 weeks pregnant And it was lovely to have some relaxing quiet time can't wait to come back again soon!

    LEAVE WELL ALONE!!! The owner is a vile, very rude woman.While you're there she makes you feel very unwelcome. We put an honest review on fb which she removed and we were slated as being abusive and threatening by her husband who incidentally wasn't there, and I might add she didn't speak to any of our party as she picked up our belongings and put them in the corridor. Since we attended she made a post defending her behaviour as she was trying to get her regulars in the pool quickly. She said that private swimming pools are not for everyone they are just for nice people and wer'e other than this; we are more suited to public pools! HOW RUDE!!! It seems from the comments she made that only regulars are welcome., in which case why does she offer slots to the general public?

    I initially began using this pool as it was heated and my husband needs this to support his recovery following an injury. We now attend regularly,the staff and owners are very welcoming,and efficient and communication is excellent with posters also up informing you if it has has planned closures etc.we have come with a grandchild that is a baby and at times with our other children and always had a lovely experience they even supply changing mats.we only wish we could come more often.

    The pool is fine, but the changing facilities are inadequate and the owner is just rude! She moved our belongings onto the corridor while making comments about 'getting this out of the way' when we were already leaving the area within our allocated time. We didn't get in until 10 minutes after ourbooked time as someone was already in there.We will ot be returning!

    Absolutely awful customer service from the owner! Won't be returning to start the changing room was the size of a public toilet cubicle! 6 people (3 adult 2 kids and a baby) had to change there with VERY limited room (no baby changing facilities I had to change my son on the floor, we got in the pool 10 mins late due to very difficult changing arrangment once our session was up a very nice young lady politely asked us to leave the pool which we did it took us 60 second to leave the pool for the owner to then come in and start throwing my kids stuff in the hall way with her sarcastic b****y remarks DONT HAVE THEM WAITING ANY LONGER THAN THEY HAVE TO! Referring to the people for the next session AVOID!!

    We have been using this lovely pool for a few years now. I started as I needed to exercise with low impact as I have chronic fatigue. A new owner has recently taken over and has done the place up very nicely. Last week the prices were increased 20% which is a big increase for us. I dared to ask a couple of questions which were not gratefully received at all. Today we went for the last time and was given our deposit back and told they were closing! I am not sure if it is closing but would suggest clients do not question anything. I wish them luck in their new venture but do hope they learn to be kinder.
