We thought we had booked breakfast with Santa, but unfortunately this wasn’t available at this site. The team were absolutely amazing, they looked after us and our little boys to still make it magically for them. The whole team there are such a credit, and I am so grateful! Thank you so much!
Wow. Went in last night to try and show support with what's been announced this week, and honestly - no wonder! Almost completely empty restaurant and it took us 10 minutes to get seated and even acknowledged. Took our drinks order, took 15 minutes for the coke to arrive but not before we'd been asked for our drinks order AGAIN, then I'm sat waiting for mine....and the waitress tries to take our food order, I told her we'd been waiting ages for our drink....She then proceeded to tell me there was 1 person on the bar and someone had ordered 9 cocktails (Maybe tell them - no! or ask them if they can make one pitcher rather than 9 separate cocktails).... 25 minutes from arrival, still no drink, no food order. We just walked out.
Visited TGI Fridays Bolton for a birthday celebration and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt special. It helped that I had booked ahead online and was delighted to find balloons waiting on our table, which added such a thoughtful touch. The highlight of the evening was when the team gathered around to sing happy birthday. It was unexpected and this made the celebration unforgettable, it really brought a smile to everyone’s face. The staff went above and beyond to make the occasion feel personal and joyful. Thank you to the Bolton team for making our night so memorable, we’ll definitely be back for more celebrations!
This is feedback on a uber eats order, food generally was great but when opening the tub of chocolate brownies for desert literally left a sour taste. 4 small chunks, that's not a desert, it's almost an insult to call it a desert.
Disappointing Experience – Won't Be Returning Our recent visit was quite disappointing, especially considering the restaurant was largely empty. Despite the lack of other diners, we were seated directly next to the service till and what appeared to be the refuse area. This unfortunate placement meant we were constantly disturbed by staff activity, which significantly detracted from our ability to relax and enjoy our meal. Adding to the discomfort, we felt rushed to place our food order. My partner ordered a cocktail, but it was noticeably more ice than drink, which was quite poor value given the prices here. Overall, the combination of poor seating, feeling rushed, and overpriced, uninspired drinks made for a very underwhelming experience. We certainly won't be returning.
The highlight was the Loaded Warrior Fries. The restaurant was not busy but the service was extremely slow. We order an extra Loaded Warrior Fries and didn't get it after about 20 mins we decided to settle the bill.
Absolutely loved it here. Good staff and excellent tasting food. It is on the expensive side but well worth the money paid.
Prebooked with TGI and the table was ready with the birthday placemat and balloons. The service at first was friendly and pleasant with the starter and drinks coming quickly, unfortunately that's where the good ends. The mains took 45 minutes and subsequently the burgers were dry, akin to dog biscuit texture. We had one refill when the mains came, this was refilled with diet and not classic. A shift changeover occurred and rather than waiting further for another refill and to order dessert we decided to get the bill. Our family was disappointed in the lack lustre service, no mention of birthday cake or a sing song. For the money spent, coast to coast is a better option with more attentive staff and burgers that aren't like chewing on a leather belt.
