   I visited this McDonald’s on 13,12,25,night time and I left with a heavy heart. The manager, a young girl around 18 years old with black hair, was incredibly rude, and her behavior was truly heartbreaking ans so upsetting. What’s more, She didn’t even dress or carry herself like a manager, and her attitude felt more like that of a high school student.I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and improves their customer servic,to be fair the rest of the staff were so nice and friendly.

   Ordered directly from the McDonald’s app for my sick daughter. Ordered only two items. A cup of tea and a double sausage and egg McMuffin. My daughter was so excited to get her food but all we got was a cup of tea. Been non stop calling the store to no avail they must not have the phone plugged in. All I’ve been refunded is for the missing food item but still been charged all the fees from uber. What an expensive cup of tea. Absolute disgrace. Will never be ordering a delivery from here again.

   Every. Single. Time. You get the order wrong every time. We pay for sauces we never get them ever. We order drinks but you never get a straw. Fries are always stale . Just look at the receipt and think if this person has ordered a drink should we give them a straw? Or this person had PAID for sauces let’s give them a sauce. I wouldn’t write a review but it’s every single time. I’m the fool really for coming back to you

   I ordered food worth of nearly 60 quid earlier via Uber. Waited for 1,5h for the food which eventually arrived. Not only was the order incomplete but also completely cold. Cold fries at Maccies should be illegal! All the drinks were flat and the colas had a strange fruity aftertaste. Honestly, that was a a horrible experience. Never again

   out of my 17 years of life i haven’t never seen mcdonald’s so shit before, ordered two meals got only our drinks and my wrap so wasted 17 quid then decided or order food again for the fries and my sisters burger which was 11 quid and i can’t even get a refund so they are just robbing u of ur money only got the burger no fries, these night shift workers need to quit they have no clue on how to do their job and think they will get away from robbing us how do u manage to forget 3 items when its on a receipt how blind can u be, mcdonalds i genuinely hope u get shut down for bad service and robbing us i have never had any problems with this place till the other day when they gave me ONE item out of a meal and then the complete opposite food from what i ordered said what i ordered but was a whole different meal in there and now this. i better get that refund or im taking this to ur manager of court.

   Why is it every time I place an order and I am asked to state what flavour dips I require, they are never included in the order, try explaining to a kid that they have to have their nuggets without, also never any straws with milkshakes, like as though they can't be bothered

   Given mc flurries and told to wait outside for rest of order. After 20 minutes the order arrived but the ice creams had started to melt and server refused to change them. Arrived home with melted ices and cold food , which must have been sitting on the side for at least 15 minutes before they brought it out. Whole lot ended up in the bin! Will be giving this branch a miss for a while. It wasn't even particularly busy.

   Got two whole meals wrong? Asked for 2 double quarter pounders one with no pickle and the other with no pickle or onions yet I get sent a completely plain double quarter with cheese and a chicken sandwich? I used to work here and I can honestly tell you now it’s not hard to read a screen especially this late when it’s not busy. Staff need training properly

   Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Rude and completely incompetent staff. Went through the drive through then was told to pay inside. Went inside after parking up, they had cancelled my order and made me stand around for 10 minutes waiting! Appalling service that doesn’t even deserve 1 star

   I have just landed in Liverpool, on my way home, and decided to grab some burgers. First, I couldn't scan the code at the self checkout, so I went to the human operated counter. So there was this "future of this country " struggling with the simplest menu to click on( it looks like squares with names "buger" on in.) Then some Mensa level of worker came to rescue and totally f.up my order. Therefore, I requested a full refund. Never again with this restaurant. Guys dumber than machines.
