   No problem with the leisure centre very well maintained The water however was freezing my son (2.5 year old) was shaking teeth chattering and started to turn blue we only lasted 20mins along with some other parents with much younger children to mine

   Today me and my boyfriend saw an elderly lady with a bob haircut walk straight in without buying a ticket or scanning QR code. This feels very unfair to those of us who paid. I truly hope customer service will take this matter seriously. If people see my review and think it’s easy to get in without paying, the problem will only get worse.

   Poor customer service. The smaller pool has been closed numerous of times without any message online - very disappointing when you manage to get kids ready & out the house for a swim!

   Can't fault the training pool here. My 2 year old grandson loves it. Even a few toys for the kiddies. Big shout out to the young lady on lifeguard duty. She got my grandson really engaged and even encouraged him to try to swim across the pool for a toy, which he did with a little help. He gave her a lovely wave as we left.

   The water is so cold these days that my daughter gets out shivering. They claim they haven't turned the thermostat down but it now feels unheated. Showers very cold too. Often during the day, they advertise lane swimming but half the pool is given over to schools leaving 2 lanes for the slow swimmers and just one single lane for everyone else - completely impractical. No warning when booking but leaves you feeling very ripped off. Not sure why I've given this 2 stars besides 1 star felt a bit mean

   Facility s are awesome,but they've implemented an app not warned anyone you scan it this is the 2nd WK an staff are irate with customers when it won't work ,an not really helpful to people who don't have the app it causes chaos Definitely needs reassessing
