   We take our two German Shepherds swimming in a pool where we live down south. We wanted to find somewhere to take them while visiting my parents, which is how we stumbled upon this place. I'm so glad they don't advertise more widely, as the waitlist would be long! And it's no wonder why they're already so booked—this place is amazing. We started out with the dogs in the field to let them use the loo, and I think they would have been ecstatic with just that experience alone. They had a brilliant time running around and sniffing all the smells. Next, we went to our assigned horsebox to get changed. This system is great because it means that if you have a reactive dog, they never have to see another one. Then it was on to the pool, the biggest we've ever seen for dogs! We love that they don't use chemicals in the pool. The owners are extremely professional and thorough. We will definitely be booking again the next time we visit.

   What an absolutely amazing place Swim 4 Paws is and made all the more special with the care and attention from Alison and Nigel who go above and beyond to make it a great experience. Our 3 Spaniels love every minute and its packed full of fun and chaos. Whoever said you can't tire a spaniel out is wrong haha.

   Absolutely amazing facility. The owners are some of the most knowledgeable dog lovers I have met. From the very first time we visited with our dog, we have had nothing but professional attitude from them both. Our dog loves his 'swim swims' and we all look forward to our pool time. We've been coming for more than a year now and never had a complaint. If it hadn't been for Swim4Paws, our dog may not have recovered after his knee surgery. Thank you so much, Angela and Nigel, for doing what you do and for the dedication that you put in. Polar Bear loves your pool and so do we, his humans.

   Regrettably, we caught Covid and had to cancel at relatively short notice, but were not offered a transfer to another time and/or refund. Whilst we appreciate policies exist there was no flexibility or alternatives offered. Pretty poor customer service policies/arrangements given the world as it has existed over the last couple of years, as many other companies have been good in offering flexibility given these unprecedented circumstances.

   Absolutely excellent. Top quality facilities that are clean and safe. Nige gave clear instructions and was happy to help us set up blind retrieves for our Labradors. It's quite a hike for us to Dronfield, but despite this I'm sure we'll be back.

   Went today with our little dog, Otto and we had a great time! Nigel and his wife were really welcoming and friendly and the facilities were ace. Nice little stables to get changed in with heaters for after the session and then the pool itself was really good. Otto had a nice, gentle introduction to get used to the water and then we were free to swim and play with him in the water. Just did a fun swim session and the dog had a great time - we will definitely be returning for more trips!
