We reserved a Wife of the Party package for a group of 13. When we arrived, it immediately felt like the team was unaware of our booking. There was no table prepared for us, and although the staff did eventually remove the guests sat at what should have been our table, there was no sign of the setup we were expecting. Unlike other VIP tables, ours had no balloons, drinks, or visible signs that it had been reserved. I had to chase bar staff several times to receive the prosecco and glitter bombs included in the package, which eventually arrived around 20 minutes after our reservation was supposed to have started. At that point, the booking was already off to a disappointing start. However, the most serious issue was the extreme heat upstairs. We were told the air conditioning was broken, and it was genuinely uncomfortable and, in my view, unsafe. We were visibly sweating simply from sitting still. It would have made it impossible to enjoy our time or make use of the two-hour table booking we had paid for. As a result, we made the decision to leave after just 30 minutes, only 10 minutes after the drinks finally arrived. We raised our concerns at the time. While the staff were apologetic and offered a few additional shots after we pushed for a resolution, this is not an acceptable response for the level of service failure we experienced. This was supposed to be the main event of the hen weekend. We’d all made an effort, dressed up, and were genuinely excited. Instead, we left disappointed, uncomfortable, and let down. I’ve since emailed them to share feedback and have been ignored. Disappointing on so many counts. I’d avoid if I were you.

Honestly the best time I've had in ages!!! Holly was absolutely incredible! I loved watching her dance and sing, her energy was just phenomenal! She was amazing considering we can early afternoon she still was incredible! Rosie was an incredible host she was great at making us feeling welcome! We had the burgers which were lovely! Alice as lovely. Together all three made the experience, I can't wait to see a weekend ❤️

We had a burger bottomless brunch booked but there was no chef however we were offered bottomless pizza which was delicious and free upgrade to cocktails! I have to say although initially I was disappointed had a fabulous time. Amy and Jess who was the bar dancer ensured we had a brilliant time I would highly recommend!

Was really excited to be coming here, atmosphere downstairs was really good, we was taken upstairs for bottomless brunch, we had to pay an extra £10 for cocktails to be included on the brunch, I get the idea of the cocktails being in jugs but they didn’t have no taste of alcohol at all, we asked for them to be done again and they tasted the same. Was looking forward to the pizza but when it arrived it literally was a cheap small asda pizza. Couldn’t believe it to be honest. Nearly £50 on a bottomless brunch that was really disappointing! I’ve been other places and had a better experience. The toilets were appalling, blocked, water and possibly urine on the floors and no toilet roll. The atmosphere on the brunch was okay, the girls dancing on the bar was amazing but overall I wouldn’t come again.

Had an amazing night at Coyote Ugly Liverpool! The atmosphere was full of energy from the moment we walked in. All the hosts were friendly and really added to the fun, and the DJs were on point all night with great music. There’s loads to get involved with, we got served quickly at the bar (even when it was busy), and dancing on the bar was such a laugh! It’s a brilliant night out whether you’re in a big group or just a couple of you. Great mix of people, fun for both men and women – honestly just a fab place to let loose and enjoy yourself. Will definitely be coming back!

Coyote Ugly is a lively bar known for its fun atmosphere and delicious food. The menu features a variety of classic bar favorites, including burgers, wings, and loaded fries, as well as a selection of creative cocktails. I recently visited Coyote Ugly and was impressed by the quality of the food. The burgers were juicy and cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The wings were crispy and coated in a spicy sauce that had just the right amount of heat. The loaded fries were a standout dish, with crispy fries topped with melted cheese, bacon, and other delicious ingredients. In addition to the food, Coyote Ugly also offers a great selection of cocktails. The bartenders are knowledgeable and can make recommendations based on your personal taste preferences. I tried one of their signature cocktails and was blown away by the combination of flavors and the presentation. Overall, I would definitely recommend Coyote Ugly for anyone looking for a fun night out with great food and drinks. The atmosphere is lively and upbeat, making it the perfect place for a night out with friends or a date. Whether you're looking for a burger and a beer or a fancy cocktail, Coyote Ugly has something for everyone

We paid for VIP. The music and atmosphere was much better downstairs. It was better when they played 90's music. Not at all like the film Coyote ugly.

Great atmosphere, a perfect mix of music to keep everyone dancing all night. Remember to put flat shoes in your bag if you want to dance on the bar! We had a fantastic time.

The toilets in Coyote Ugly were absolutely disgraceful, we were in there about 10:30 on Saturday night, (it wasn't very busy). There was no toilet roll in any of the cubicles and all the locks where busted. Such a shame because the atmosphere in the bar was great.
