Got a Margarita pizza on Sunday night, and it gave me food poisoning. Bad gear. Wasn’t able to run my quiz at the Blackburne Arms because of this and the quiz-goers were heart broken. Don’t eat here unless you want to make Fernando Torres cry :’( . Genuinely though how do you get food poisoning from a margarita. Serious health nightmare this gaff

Waited over 40 minutes for food on a quiet evening, served others who had the same order who came in much later afterwards, and had to ask for a refund. Would not recommend. Unfriendly and Unfair Staff
⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star Time 19:45 Sunday 29 June Very disappointed with my experience at Shiraz BBQ House. The person taking orders at the till was extremely rude and clearly struggled with understanding English. I had to repeat my order three times, and even then, he got it wrong. I asked for sauces, but he ignored that too and responded with attitude instead of basic customer service. When I pointed out that the order was wrong, rather than apologizing or trying to fix it, he got even more rude and confrontational—as if it was my fault. That is absolutely not how you treat customers. To make things worse, the spicy wings were burnt, and the pizza I ordered (with chicken and mushroom toppings) didn’t even have the correct toppings. The whole experience ruined my mood. My message to the owner: If you want your business to succeed, please train your staff properly in customer service and communication. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning. Very disappointed.
Rudest staff ever encountered in life , no customer service told us to leave after ordering despite only suiting down to eat would not recommend to anyone avoid these people
An amazing spot to try chips and gravy even at late night if you're having midnight cravings. The chips and gravy are so tasty and yum. They've also got a collection of various flavoured pizzas and combo offers if you're planning to try as in a group.
The lady at the counter, made our day. She kind of realized we ordered the wrong meat burger for dinner and we were hesitant to re order or exchange. She was kind and sweet enough to spot us and get another one for us. Thank you if you're reading this :) . The food was awesome and a must try if you're in Liverpool. Would definitely recommend the Cheeseburgers ,Wings and the Pizzas.
Don't believe in some negative reviews. The food fresh, nice cooking, tasty. One of my best favourite place. Owner very honest, friendly. Thanks.
