Very poor service, rude manager who disrespects her customers. The manager took the wrong order then instead of Appologising she had the audacity to try to convince me it was my fault. Shisha was nothing special. I would not reccomend this place. The manager is rude no customer service. Please dont spoil your night.
I do not like hospitality industry, but Zodiac really went above and beyond last night for my birthday to give me a memorable night. For that I will forever be grateful. Shoutout to Izzy and her colleague who looked after me, and big thanks to the manager for creating such a cozy space to enjoy shishas!
First time visiting and it’s a really nice place, comfortable seating and aesthetically pleasing with a great atmosphere. Open air but under-cover. Good music at the perfect volume, big screens everywhere showing the Olympics. The Shisha was excellent, nice smooth smoke and very flavoursome, with the coals changed regularly. The Baklava was fresh and delicious, slightly warmed, delicately crunchy and gooey, paired well with vanilla ice cream. The cocktails were lovely too, Pina Colada came garnished with a nice slice of pineapple and a little umbrella! It’s the little things that go a long way. The staff members were extremely friendly, polite and attentive, making sure everything was okay. They made me feel very welcome which I appreciated. A fantastic establishment overall, I’ll definitely be returning in the future!
The food was good. Ambience and atmosphere were also good. Went there very late at night, almost at 11 pm. The staff was friendly and cooperative. Really enjoyed our time there.

Second time coming and service was outstanding. Absolutely beautiful atmosphere and can't even say enough about the shisha, beautiful flavours and mixes. Will definitely be making this a regular spot

Ended up here for a drink on a friday night and they made us pay 3 pounds each to get in. Once in, you either take a very scruffy / creepy lift or the never ending stairs. The place itself inside is nice, they also have open roof to feel the outdoor experience, plus some big screens that were showing football when we went. Nice comfy benches. We ordered some mojitos, which came in a skinny tall glass with what felt like zero alcohol in it, and some baklavas that tasted a bit stale. Did not try the shisha though, which is probably the main reason people go here, if you do go, maybe stick to that, because drinks and food were not the best.
