   Always find this store staff so incredibly helpful whether going in for an exchange or shopping or just a look around! Went in today with my mother and child to see if they had any silver ball Christmas decorations left which I meant to buy on Xmas Eve but forgot. I asked a staff member called Jack behind the homewares counter and he was over the top helpful and found the item i wanted in the back! I am SO happy and so incredibly impressed with the time and care taken with such a great attitude! It really is stand out to many stores or restaurants post covid! Thanks Jack )

   Last Thursday I was looking for a Christmas gift for my dad, I was struggling however I know he loves the men’s wear at next. A lovely team member called Daisy asked me if I required some help and was absolutely amazing ! She asked me abit about his likes/dislikes and showed me options. Fair to say I’m going to have a happy dad on Christmas Day. THANK YOU DAISY

   Went into the shop at vanguard yesterday morning with my grandson and went to try something on in the fitting rooms they was disgusting marks on the mirrors dust everywhere I then went on to take my grandson into the kids fitting rooms to try something on they was also very disgusting marks on the walls and mirrors dust also everywhere, this should have been a time it was clean as it wasn’t very late on I tried to speak to the lady about it who was cleaning the toilets and she was very rude, I was disappointed as the shop 2 weeks ago was not as bad as yesterday and the day before .

   Home stuff generally a rip off, very average stuff for silly prices. Huge store but absolutely no staff to be found upstairs, including no one on the tills. Had to queue in womens wear. One lady on the tills. Should be far better customer service. Bought a few things from the discount ex-display shelves. Worth a look, far more understandable prices
