I brought a pair of dry clean only curtains on Weds 25 June with a small blood stain on them to be told by the staff that dry cleaning won't get the blood stain out and there was nothing that could be done. Staff rude and about as unhelpful as they can be. I went home and rang 3 other local dry cleaners who all said that they could use stain remover and the dry clean would remove the stain. Took them into the Nether Edge dry cleaners and as promised, it worked a treat with stain removal, and worked a treat. I won't be using Sparks again as looks like staff just have "attitude" and aren't bothered about doing anything for the customer, while they fold their arms and eat their lunch telling you what they can't do.
I regularly visit my local laundrette and have done for many years .. always just to dry my washing and yes now you have to book a slot which is actually better than waiting. I have always found the staff to be really friendly , helpful and courteous to me and others that I have observed whether new customers or regulars . Keep supplying their sweets!!! Jonathan along with the excellent service you and your staff provide .
-5stars if that is possible. Last year I left 2 coats with them and I picked them up with the same stain. I went back to the cleaning and the second time they were a little cleaner than before but I wasn’t really impressed about them. So a big no from me and my experience with you
Bedding was returned to us still dirty. Very disappointed after reading positive reviews. Update 23/1/23 (original post 6 days ago) - Received the kind offer of having our bedding collected and re-washed today. With that goodwill gesture and nice customer service, I'm increasing my score from 2 to 4.
Good laundrette. Clean and well maintained machines. Staff present if you need help. It's busy so you need to ring ahead and book a time slot, sometimes you can get a walk in slot but wouldn't risk it if it's urgent.
Nice friendly staff, you have to book your time, is busy but they have lots of laundrys, different sizes, can park your car for free for 45 min then after you have to pay.would recommend this laundrette.
