   Staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We had a home emergency and needed absolutely every in our house washed. The emergency cleaning company had mixed items and I got extremely upset and overwhelmed. The staff here were very compassionate and supportive. Transparent with costs and communicative when ready I won't be going anywhere else in future ❤️ thank you

   My partner took his tux shirt and suit trousers here for dry cleaning. Unfortunately when I inspected the shirt after picking it up, I noticed a brown mark on the sleeve that wasn’t there before and it didn’t look like it had been pressed/ironed at all. The front panels of the tux shirt looked incredibly messy, I had to iron these out and the sleeves and collar weren’t ironed either. Just seems like people don’t take pride in their work these days - if you want something done properly then do it yourself.

   I have used Laundry Point for over a year now. The ladies that work there are just wonderful, nothing is ever too much to ask. My laundry is clean, dried and nearly folded; the ladies even split out my daughters items so when I get it home I can put everything away without having to part mine from hers. Uniform is always put together separately, as in underwear etc. The ladies have laundered mattress protectors, mattress toppers, general clothes, bedding and towels for us. My work schedule isn’t straight forward, yet the ladies always have my laundry ready for me to collect at my convenience, more often than not, the same day. They also offer a delivery service and have a car park for straight forward drop off and pick up. The prices are beyond reasonable! Especially considering the outstanding service level. A number of fellow school Mum’s also use the service and have nothing but praise for the team. I would wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful local business.

   My laundry is perfect when it goes here. Neatly folded, diligent staff & quick turn around for basically nothing. 40£ for a car full of clothes practically and finished the next day & the lady found a fiver and gave it me back. Needless to say I tipped. Trust earned & life improved substantially who likes doing washing?? Not me.
