   Came in on Sunday and was pierced by Aaliyah.. she was on her own and had a bit of a delay (through no fault of her own) but she handled the backlog very well and professionally. I never felt rushed even though there were people waiting and made sure I was ok throughout my time on the table. Never been to silver linings before but will definitely be going back for future piercings! Will be recommending to anyone thinking of getting pierced!

   Had the best time getting pierced (conch and seconds) by Iain a few weeks ago, felt completely comfortable and at ease the whole time. The silver linings staff take such good care of their space and go above and beyond helping explain the healing process and any other questions. Iain is also just the loveliest person ever (never thought i’d be mid piercing and having a laugh!!) Couldn’t recommend this place more and will be back soon for more ☺️

   Took my kids for ear piercings on Saturday. First lobe for my son age 6 and 2nd lobes for my daughter age 8 (Tasha did the first set in December) Tasha is absolutely brilliant, especially with kids, so gentle, calm and caring. She made sure they were both comfortable throughout and happy at every step of the process. 2 very happy kids!

   I have had 4 piercings in this store now. All members of staff were lovely that I have dealt with, especially Karis, who was very chatty and welcoming to calm any nerves. They had great knowledge of anatomy for piercings and an understanding for what placement is wanted. would recommend highly!!

   I've had both my nose and ears pierced at Silver Lining York and both piercers I had were lovely! They really helped me relax, gave me good advice on how to take care of my piercings and were just generally very friendly. They're also very reasonably priced and offer a student discount on Wednesdays. Would absolutely recommend!!
