   What an experience! Being a typical man I was dubious about receiving complimentary treatments but saw the benefits my partner had from them so finally booked in. Jasmine chatted to me about my ailments and determined a combination Therapy session would be best for me. I didn't know what pressure I'd like as it was new to me but jasmine on the day kept checking in with me throughout to ensure it met my preferences. I walked out feeling revitalised and energised! Regular sessions are now a key part of my healing journey

   I had a back and neck massage from Jazz at Karuna Wellbeing and it was fantastic! She listened to the problems I was having with knots in my back and worked wonders. The vibe of her studio was beautiful and really made you feel at easy and comfortable. The heated bed was perfect too. I would highly recommend Karuna Wellbeing.

   I have been going to this place for 2 years nearly now, I have really bad scoliosis as well as other chronic illnesses and the treatments I have such as combination therapy, cupping therapy, acupuncture. It has massively helped my pain, and loosen the muscles. My specialists highly recommend it.

   The team at Karuna are wonderful. I have tried lots of different treatments, with the latest being dry cupping. It made me so relaxed that I fell asleep! I have struggled with knots in my back for a while but they are beginning to loosen up after treatment from Jaz.

   This is not like any normal Spa Treatment. Not one that I have been to before. Karuna Wellbeing Ltd specialise in health and wellbeing. The minute you arrive you can feel the calm and tranquility take over you. This is my first time here and I loved my treatment. I feel relaxed and spaced. Jasmine offered some additional advise to take away with me to help me feel more mellow and calm. I look forward to my next visit ☺
