I love going to this store, because it always has what I'm looking for. The only drawback is that the walk aisles are always crowded with extra goods, even more so at this time of year, which makes it a little harder getting around. The staff are always helpful though, so I still enjoy the shopping experience.
Staff are incredible. As visited, doing promotions for a charity, I cannot fault how great & welcoming the staff are here! Great range of items available at great prices too!!!
I returned a damaged hanging chair in July, I have not been refunded the £129 paid as at 18 September and can can get no help or response from this company. Absolutely disgraceful from a large organisation. If I could give no stars I would.

I visited the range on Saturday. Lovely staff and products. Whilst in the shop my son went missing and the staff were attentive, sympathetic and just superb. They found him in a matter of minutes. Thanks so much. He has Special educational needs and doesn't understand.
Always has a good choice of items, unfortunately they didn't have this time something I had seen online so may order but wanted to see it first to save returning. Always has lovely Christmas displays with items at fairly decent prices, can't go wrong
Bought a large lean to mirror staff were very friendly, nothing was too much hassle. We needed a tape measure to see if it would fit in car and they offered one to us instead of us having to buy one. Also offered to take the cardboards in case it wouldn't fit. Luckily it fit and looks great.
Every time I visit this shop it feels like a lottery as to whether I will make it out without injury. The aisles are constantly blocked or littered with stock, it looks as though a burglar has raided a jumble sale, I sympathize with wheel chair users or parents with pushchairs that may try to navigate your store.
