   Took our 4 month old pomeranian for her first puppy groom today. I stressed when booking the appointment it was her first session and she is a very nervous puppy. Upon arrival, I again told the groomer that she is a nervous puppy and he took her and said come back in about an hour. Within 3 minutes of leaving the store, I got a phone call from them saying they couldn't groom her as she was distressed, had fouled herself and they couldn't get a muzzle on her. Upon collecting her, she was handed over in a distressed state with her rear end covered in faeces. I got the impression that they couldn't really be bothered, gave me no advice on how to help her in future and just gave me a refund. I won't be taking her back there and I certainly would not recommend this groom room.

   Shocking treatment why pay for a vet plan when they lie about treatment and charge you for something that should already be covered avoid the place if you you don't want to be out of pocket ..

   These guys are really good. They provide grooming treatments for 3 of my dogs and they take a real interest in them and the dogs enjoy going to them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dog groomer at competitive prices.
