It's all fine untill they don't deliver, don't answer the phone, don't reply to anything, take your money, say they'll refund and never do. The communication is non existent as soon as you aren't happy because they didn't deliver, really i'd just avoid.

Really good service and easy to deal with. So far the food is suiting my dog very well.
