Go to Southport, Liverpool and other maidenhead aquatics. Always take our 2 small dogs. No dogs allowed here after travelling all the way from Crosby. Wasted journey.
Staff were rather rude and didn’t seem overly knowledgeable of the fish being sold. No advice offered on some fish and specific fish just had a broad name not the actual species name making it harder to identify the specific genus to know if it would be suitable or not. Over crowded shop floor and just a very dismal experience today usually it’s a great place with friendly knowledgeable staff who care but staff on today clearly didn’t care at all.
Purchased some marine livestock, Staff were very helpful. The staff ensured the livestock I purchased were packaged very well for traveling home due to the cold weather & traveling via train. The staff went out of their way to ensure my livestock made it home safe. Fish arrived home safe and healthy. All fish have been eating the same day. Much appreciated. Friendly and informative. Would recommend
Staff are always polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I purchased a large tank from the store, and staff have always been on hand to give me any advice when I have needed it - no matter how minor or major it may be. They have a great selection of healthy fish and I have never had any issues at all with them. Also, they have some unusual types of fish you might not see in other shops which is great as I love an oddball. Thanks again for all the help!
Everything for the fish keeper, well worth a visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of rare and exotic fish as well as a vast selection of community fish. Dry goods, pumps and filters galore. Great selection of marine dry goods and livestock. Pond fish and plants are second to non with over 12 species of pond fish on sale. Large choice of pond pumps and filters. Very reasonable prices & are more than happy to price match. If you’ve not visited before, it’s well worth a look. Expert advice is all areas

Fresh water Tropicals, have a great selection, unfortunatly the lighting over these tanks really need to be changed to show the true beautiful colours of these fish. Staff friendly and knowledgeable and a great selection of dry goods and tanks.
The staff at Carr Farm were very knowledgeable and courteous in helping my mother and I chose an appropriate selection for adding to my brother in law's aquarium in London, I can't praise them enough thank-you.
This place is a real gem. Huge selection of fish, aquariums and plant life at really good prices. The kids love it here and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Craig the Manager is brilliant... always very welcoming.
