My photo album was sent accidently to the store in St Helens instead of St Helier. Boots were unhelpful and did not fix the issue, and I still need help. My family album is stuck in St Helens Boots Store. If someone from Boots Team can fix the issue that would be good. Thanks.
The pharmacist, Helen, was very helpful, she gave me good advice and even got me the item she suggested I buy . I would recommend her and will definitely return should I need any more advice . Thank you
Sian Wilkins was exceptionally helpful in organising my hearing aid calmly solving multiple problems which would have defeated most people. I really appreciated her help and outstanding customer service.
Lots of items to be had here, variety of clothes for youngsters, medical type items, perfumery etc worth a visit

Not impressed, don't expect to see staff chewing chewing gum behind the perfume counter, doesn't give off a professional image at all.
Walked in, looked and walked out, to use Amazon at home. Toothpaste brands and options change every visit, so can't be sure my choice will be there. Perhaps their target customers are those looking for the latest release of toothpaste, rather than the same trusted brand. Two stars for staying open in St Helens.
