   We can recommend the Storrar Vet Practise in Chester highly. Every time we’ve visited, no matter whichever Vet, or member of the reception team we’ve seen, has been very helpful. Each Vet has taken the time to thoroughly check out each of our two dogs separately and offered lots of guidance when asked for advice (no matter how daft the question)! The text reminders for boosters/worming/flee tablets etc are really useful/reliable. Just feel our two four-legged best mates are in very good hands.

They have been above and beyond the call of duty and have always been there for us when we've needed them.    After 1 year & 9 months of my cat having bowel issues, everytime I brought him here they kept reassuring me it was a problem with his diet. I tried every type of food available. I asked on multiple occasions if it could be something worse & was told they couldn’t find anything. A week after he was last seen at this practice (and I had asked if I could bring him back for a blood test to check for cancer since a quick google search showed this was a very high possibility from his constant symptoms - not something they had said he needed) he collapsed. I took him to the emergency vets (not this practice) & as soon as they felt his stomach they knew he had cancer. He was seen at Storrar on more than 10 separate occasions since his symptoms started. The emergency vets said they could feel a very obvious large mass (which the vet at Storrar had overlooked only days before). After a scan I was informed that he not only had cancer but he had had it long enough to spread all over his body. He died the next day. My baby was let down massively by the people who should have helped him. And to rub salt into my broken heart, I received a sympathy card from these people. Nothing will bring him back but I can at least warn others to stay away.
