Ladies were fanatic with my cats despite one of my cats trying to escape by climbing through the roof! In what was a very stressful situation all of them tried to help my devil cat safely get back from the roof.
We just want to give a shout out to Laura - our dog is a rescue who is VERY nervous, she hates getting her nails clipped, but Laura is always so patient with her and is always so cheerful. The reception team are all great too, we've never had any issues making appointments or picking prescriptions up. The place is always clean too, and the app functions well too.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Dogs loved the people too. Only downside was the lift up to the vets was broke so had to use stairs.
Would definitely recommend Vets 4 Pets Widnes. I've been there for over 10yrs with my dog. They are a lovely group of people. I sadly had to put my Molly to sleep a couple of weeks ago and they have been absolutely amazing, caring and kind. Couldn't have asked for more. I'm hoping by writing this review they will know how much they meant to me and my family.
I know Millie is in good hands when we visit vets4pets. The vet or nurse always takes good care of her and explains everything regarding treatment and aftercare. The staff at reception are friendly and always make Millie and me feel welcome. Would highly recommend anyone who's looking for a reliable vet for their loved pets to visit vet4pets.
I was really upset and worried about our Snoop Dogg despite being rushed off her feet Rachel agread to see Snoop and booked him emergency appointment for me, He wasn't being him self and acting stranger really bad ear infection Rachel and the girls was as usual very helpful reassuring and put me at ease With our Snoop and his medication hes starting to look better already thank you so much

Whenever I call they always act as though they remember myself and Lola, when they gave me plenty of options and really explained what was needed. Never had an issue and they are brilliant with Lola
