Very dissatisfied with our encounter with Vets for Pets. Took our dog for a new patient health check. The vet rushed through the appt & didn’t seem to have the notes. We decided to register elsewhere only to be told on top of what we had paid already, there would be a £60 cancellation fee. I spoke to Lynsey & said despite this being in the small print, customers need to be made aware of this.

Our pets (cats, tortoise and rabbits) have been patients at this practice for many years. The vets, nurses and reception staff are always very professional, but patient and kind. Recently Filiz has been treating our 7 year old rabbit for mobility issues. Having tried various medicines Filiz suggested a course of acupuncture. It was very evident that Filiz was knowledgable - in between treatments she consulted with other professionals using acupuncture and looked research to support her treatment. Filiz is a very kind and gentle professional - I found her approach reassuring and instilled a sense of confidence. Filiz didn’t make any promises about how successful the acupuncture would be, but I am currently sat in the garden watching Mossy running around …. I would highly recommend this practice. All of the staff are kind and compassionate, giving guidance and advice with animal welfare at the heart of everything they do. They have cared for all our pets beautifully. (oh and definitely give acupuncture a try!)

We left another vets as we weren't happy, and we have always been glad we did. Excellent, kind and compassionate service. We have always felt that we have been given information, options and supportive care for our pets. Would highly recommend.

The vet, nurses, and receptionists are all very friendly and very helpful. Have brought my kitten for a vaccination, and it went very smoothly, although Bamboo (kitten's name) just keeps meowing. Thankfully, the vets, nurses, and receptionists are all kind and haven't been affected by him and aren't mad at him. Overall experience is very great.

We've unfortunately been to this branch quite a lot for our dog Posie, however the staff there couldn't be better. Everyone we've dealt with over the last three or so years has been exceptional and friendly. Posie is quite popular and we often hear a happy reception when she's taken into the back for bloods or tests. They always do everything they can and even help with insurance claims. They break down options ahead of time and discuss the pros, cons and prices which is really helpful to get a clear picture of next steps. Toshi, Amy and Emma have been wonderful vets but everyone there is always great (we've just interacted with them the most!). Really appreciate the care they take with her and have no qualms going back or recommending them.

One of the best vets I've ever met. I've moved about a lot, and always had pets, so I've met a lot. This lady was excellent. Reassuring, straightforward, on top of her game. Excellent advice. And best of all, my vet-hating cat took to her right away.

Easy booking, very friendly staff made you feel very welcome and my dog was at ease and felt comfortable in her surroundings. Makes it easy for us to return for our monthly check ups. Very happy with the service and the payment plan that was offered.

I swapped to this practice when my pet was very poorly in June 2020. I will never go anywhere else now, there is a ‘bedside manner’ that all the vets we have dealt with have at this practice and it makes me feel very comfortable that my pet is in the right hands, especially when she has been as poorly as she has over recent months. I always find that the vets here offer the lowest/easiest option first to see if it resolves the issue rather than jumping in with the most expensive and traumatic option for my pet. They looked after Lucy exceptionally well during her recent procedure and were very considerate of her age etc. Thankfully we now have a very happy doggie as we have finally got to the route of the cause of her illness. We are very happy that she is now living her best life again for however long she has left with us. We are so grateful for everything the vets have done for us, so thank you so much.

They were really friendly and lovely staff, they made my 5 month old puppy feel comfortable when having his vaccinations. They were able to get information from another vets4pets in the space of 24 hours which was excellent.

Emma was amazing. We'd moved from another branch after concerns of the plan and care given to pur diabetic dog. We were reassured, followed up, felt informed and generally were happy with everything explained to us and the plan in place.
