Lovely site well looked after. My only niggle was that the toilet/shower blocked closed too early for cleaning. 10.15 - 11.30.

Lovely clean site. Very friendly staff. Great location for shopping at cheshire Oaks. Walking distance to 3 pubs plus cheshire Oaks eateries. Worth a visit to the aquarium. Cinema also close by. It's worth noting that even though these places are within walking distance most are designed to be accessed via car. They are not necessarily pedestrian friendly. If you don't feel up to car dodging I'd take the car although at busy times you could struggle to park. The road from the caravan park to the main road has no pavement and cars drive fast.

Site up-to usual club standards and wardens helpful and polite. Location perfect for the designer shopping 15 minute walk away including a Sainsbury’s supermarket and several eating places. Not far from the canal boat museum, Anderton boat lift, Chester - use park and ride just 3 miles away, Port Sunlight garden centre, museum and art gallery and Blakemere Village just a few miles from the Anderton boat lift.

For some reason Google thinks this is a hotel! It's a caravan site! We stayed 3 nights on an awning pitch, but in the end didn't bother with our awning. Arrived mid afternoon and quickly found one of the pitches that was suggested (having requested a pitch near to water as I have mobility issues). As always, the entire site was clean and well maintained. Can't comment on toilet and wash facilities as we always use our own. However... we are currently staying on a commercial site in a"hot" tourist site with a larger, fully serviced pitches with free high speed WiFi for about the same cost per night. CAMC seems to have forgotten that it is a member's club and is trying to compete at least on pricing with the likes of Haven.

The site is level with woodside pitches. For some reason the non~awning pitch I had booked by mistake was large enough to accommodate an awning but they couldn't explain why it was designated so. Facilities appeared very new and were immaculate and roomy. Water etc close at hand. Only down side was the motorway althoughoutof sight is quite close and there was somebody noise. Chester Oaks outlet centre was a ten minute walk away and there were three pubs within that walk. Chester city about ten minutes drive away with all it has to offer. Staff very helpful when I explai edmy wife had taken ill and we requested to stay another couple of nights.we hope to return so etc e.

Lovely clean well maintained site with excellent facilities which include ample provision of water, grey waste & chemical emptying points, the wardens are friendly and efficient with the check-in process being particularly well managed, if I have one bit of advice for users whose units are already sited; avoid returning to site between 1pm & 2pm as the queue to check-in can block the site access.

Handy site for Chester or as we did visiting Cheshire Oaks Retail Park which is a 15 min walk. Toilet & Shower Block immaculate, Temp Site Manager there at the mo .Think the CAMC are expensive , really need to review there prices & Wifi should be free not £3.50 a day.. rip off.

Had a great stay in October. Quiet and peaceful. Great location. A 10 minute walk to Cheshire Oaks and bus stops that we used to go into Chester and Chester Zoo. 3 nice bars nearby. Lack of bins on the site but otherwise ok.

Great campsite. Great pub 200 yards away. Easy walk into Cheshire oaks. Incidentally if you want to take a motorhome into Cheshie Oaks you use the coach park. Their customer services told me that end October2022 so I did and it was great. Nice pitches , All well looked after. I will return.
