   I am recently new to Crosby and my 18 year old dog desperately needed a groom. The woman I booked the appointment with via telephone was so lovely and made me feel at ease with leaving my dog there to get groomed. (my dog is an older pup and is very nervous with new people). She was done in less than 2 hours and looked great! She was very happy and looks amazing. I would recommend anyone with dogs to get their dogs groomed here! Amazing service and will definitely be back!

   I brought my dog here a few weeks ago , she has a long thick coat which a previous salon didn't cut very well. It took the lady 2 hours and she even stayed open late to finish her coat....what a beautiful job she made. My dog looked ( and still gets comments while I'm walking her ♥️) gorgeous!    Have taken my dog to this groomers for five years. Allison always there with a warm hug for my dog on arrival and aware of my dogs individual needs and likes. Always had a thorough and good groom. Not always easy to park but prefer to go to where I can trust.

   Have been taking my dog to Alison and the team for a couple of years now. She is a very nervous dog and and they have been extremely patient with her and I feel confident leaving her. They always do a great job. Have never had any trouble booking and the staff have always been accomodating and professional. I would highly recommend.

   I have been getting Ralph groomed here for the last 7 years. The staff are lovely and take their time with him, especially as he has sore hips and a heart murmur. I feel like he is in safe hands. He smells and looks beautiful when I collect him
