I have 2 shihtzus and have taken them to this groomers for years. Never had a problem. Friendly, professional and dogs always come out smelling and looking fab at a very competitive price compared to other groomers.
If i could give 0 i would. my mum sent her dog to get groomed at A1 dog groomers in seaforth and when someone picked him up and took him home he had a different collar and lead on and when my mum took the collar off he had a decent sized cut on his throat when we took him back they quickly blamed it on a shaving rash and said the dog must have scratched it and caused it to bleed and they had not cut the dog we asked for our money back and they started to argue with me both members of staff this was then i said we would leave a bad review and they would lose 2 customers they said with a smirk if thats what you want to do.as if they were not bothered they had done this to the dog. When we posted a bad review they deleted any bad comments leaving only the good and blocked us too so we couldn't react to his posts.he then went on to accuse us of not caring about my mums dog and that we only care about the money We put a post up to share about this groomer and we quickly found out that he abuses dogs beating them he has had other shops and been closed down because of it we feel sick and would warn anyone to stay far away from here
I get my dogs claws clipped here, always nice and short and lasts longer before having to return again. Friendly staff always.
First time going here. Can't fault them one bit. Needed an appointment today and got one. Very happy with the price and the service i got. The man picked my German Sheppard up and dropped him back off. Dog smells lovely and i have never seen him so fluffy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.
Came early to pick my dog up and thank God I did. Karl was shouting at my dog and the dog was distressed and in pain. These people should not be working with animals. Come home and my dog is still shaking with fear. The front door is kept locked. Now I know why. Goodness knows what goes on when the owners are not there
I have been taking my dog Sam to Karl since she was a pup-she is now 16 1/4. Never had any problems , always comes out looking beautifully groomed and smelling lovely. Ok sometimes when they are busy it can take a little longer than the said time but Sam has a snooze and all the staff look after her Cannot understand the negative comments, suggest you give them another go Karen
