Andy the owner is awesome to speak to and get advice from. I just had my motorbike MOT’d there. If you have a motorbike or scooter and need any work done I highly recommend him.

Absolutely awful and ridiculous service! Spoke to receptionist about a bike pick-up and repair, she put me in for 9am the next day. I work nights and stayed up after work to wait for 9am pick-up, I'm waiting an hour and hear nothing. I phone up and she tells me nobodies coming and she thought Andy was going to phone me, no apologies just says that she'll speak to Andy about it. Get a phone call only to hear that nobody can come and nobody can do anything for 3 weeks. No kindness or apologies, trying to pit the miscommunication blame on me for saying my bike had broke down and thats why it was in need of repair. Receptionist has an absolutely terrible attitude, very impolite, unapologetic. Terrible service from Andy too. Complete lack of communication. Very upset with no resolution.
Phoned up 10 to eleven on a Saturday morning to see if i could get a last minute mot. Had the bike at 12 the same day. With a new mot.Top bloke great customer service. I will definitely be using theem again.
To say these guys are professionals is an understatement. After failing to find anyone on the Wirral or Ellesmere Port to fix my off- brand scooter I was forced to search further afield and came across A&M Motorcycles. I couldn't have made a better choice. The location and the appearance of the workshop might be a little out of the way but these fellows really know what they're doing. Not only that but it's rare these days to find people who are courteous, knowledgeable and have the skills to match. I'd be very surprised if they can't fix any motorbike related issues. They quoted me a price and then fixed my scooter up for that same price. A figure that was more than reasonable in my opinion. If you're looking for someone to repair your beloved motorcycle - then look no further, these guys are legends. Gentlemen of A&M, I salute you.
Superb engineering. Andy did a top job on my Suzuki T350 barrels. Really impressed with his skills and knowledge. Highly recommended
